How the work gets done

Claude Code is the whole engineering team. The founder decides what to build and tests it on a real iPhone.

  1. Product decision. The founder describes the app, the users and the rules in plain Indonesian.
  2. Build. Claude Code writes the Swift/SwiftUI app, the backend on Cloudflare Workers, and the website.
  3. Check. Claude Code compiles and fixes errors. The founder tests every build on his own iPhone through TestFlight.
  4. Ship. Claude Code prepares the App Store listing, screenshots, privacy details and review notes. The founder approves each submission.

Panezo and Servisku were published on the founder’s personal Apple Developer account before the company was formed. New apps will be published under the company once its D-U-N-S number is issued.

Built on Claude Max.

All of this runs on a Claude Max plan. Support from Anthropic, such as sponsored Max access, would let a one-person company in Indonesia keep shipping. I would be glad to share the full story as a case study.
