Privacy Policy

The short version:

No account and no sign-in. Payflick never asks us to know who you are.
Your invoices, clients and images stay on your phone. We have no Payflick server and we never receive your data.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking SDKs, and we never sell or share data.
Data leaves your phone only when you send a PDF, print, export or save a backup, and it goes where you choose.

1. Who we are

Payflick is made by PT JIJI LABS DIGITAL, Indonesia (brand: Jiji Labs). Contact: support@jijilabsdigital.com.

2. Information on your phone

The app stores on your phone: your business profile (name, address, phone, email, tax ID, payment instructions, logo and payment QR image), your clients, saved items, estimates, invoices, payments, signatures and attached photos, and your settings. This data is stored in the app's private storage and is only readable by Payflick. We cannot see it.

Sending a document: when you tap WhatsApp, Email, Share or Print, Payflick creates a PDF on your phone and hands it to the app you pick. That app's own privacy policy then applies.
Backup and export: a backup file (.payflick) or a spreadsheet (CSV) is saved only where you choose in the system file picker (for example Google Drive or your phone's storage).
Android backup: if Android backup is on in your phone settings, Android may include Payflick's data in your own Google account backup and restore it on a new phone. This is controlled by you and by Google, not by us.
Contacts: if you import a client from Contacts, Android shows its own picker and gives Payflick only the one contact you choose. Payflick does not have permission to read your contact list.

4. Purchases

Payflick Pro is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we receive no card or bank details. The app asks Google Play whether you have an active subscription, so it can unlock Pro features.

5. Permissions

Notifications: only if you turn on due-date reminders (Pro). Reminders are created on your phone.
Google Play billing: to buy and restore Payflick Pro.

Payflick does not request access to your location, contacts list, microphone, camera or files. Photos you attach are chosen with Android's photo picker.

6. Deleting your data

Delete a single document in the app, or remove all data by uninstalling Payflick or clearing its storage in Android settings. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Backup files you saved are yours to keep or delete.

7. Children

Payflick is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
