Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of TRACE (“the app”), made by Ilyas A. Almadani and published by PT JIJI LABS DIGITAL (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using TRACE you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your licence of the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use TRACE on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except as the law allows.

3. Free use and TRACE Pro

TRACE’s core features are free and need no account. TRACE Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, such as unlimited place budgets, the full monthly recap, the all-time spending map, trip cost, Ask TRACE, travel mode and multi-currency, bank statement import, export, reimbursement reports, a mileage log, projects and clients, and tax categories. Features may change over time.

4. Auto-renewable subscription

• Plan and price: TRACE Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App Store in your local currency before you confirm.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price of the plan.
• Manage and cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings (iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: payments are handled by Apple, so refund requests go to Apple.
• Restore: use TRACE › Settings › TRACE plans › Restore Purchases.

When a subscription ends, you keep your saved records and the free features; only the Pro features stop.

5. Your data and privacy

Your records stay on your iPhone. Please read our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your device and for the files you export.

6. Accuracy and acceptable use

TRACE is a personal organization tool. Place detection, journey recording, receipt reading, statement import, currency conversion, weather, and tax or reimbursement categories can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Check important figures before you rely on them. Use TRACE lawfully and do not use it to track other people without their consent.

7. Disclaimer and liability

TRACE is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using TRACE at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
